What is the purpose, the vision for Fit For Service?

The vision of Fit For Service (FFS) is to show people and organizations how to operate more efficiently so that they can invest less in operational costs and more in services/philanthropy. FFS hopes to promote this process by offering 81 specific suggestions that can help facilitate improved efficiency.

Does the Fitness Plan work?

Yes. Numerous organizations have implemented various elements of FFS for various periods of time. What is M.E.C.A.?

M.E.C.A. is the four cornerstones of quality organizations. It is the four things that quality organizations do differently that make them much more successful than mediocre organizations. But, it's not only about what these four principles are, but how they are implemented and executed on a daily basis. That is what the M.E.C.A. Seminars/Facilitations are about.

What is the difference between M.E.C.A. and F.F.S.?

M.E.C.A. is a macro-view. It looks at the big picture. It shows your organization how to create a successful atmosphere and culture.

F.F.S. is more micro-view. It looks at your organization's daily nuts and bolts operations, and provides 81 specific recommendations for improving them.
